I've been there for a make up tutorial. The manager of this store made me happy and satisfied with the make up I wanted. She was professional, nice and she gave me some advices on what I should buy for my type of skin. She was the best salesgirl I met in a MAC store in all the others stores in Europe I visited.

i was on holiday in krakow and took a day to shop, someone came up to me, offered to find me a good foundation and concealer, great. she used the foundation shade NW10, perfect, and the concealer NW15 ,good. she sold me the correct foundation but gave me the concealer shade NW20 it is so orange on me that i have wasted 18.50 pounds on something i will never use again. yes, it was a mistake but they should have checked twice...
