Nice pace with wonderful chilling area outside of the building. There is a cinema in the basement. Really recommend to visit it. One is really small and run not only movies currently in cinemas but a big variety of older ones

As a cultural center, it is outstanding. Two stars have been deducted for the cigarette smoke inside. It is almost impossible to enter the cinema room without being encountered with a headache giving smoke. It is so simple to solve the issue, but nobody cares. Petty
