Absolutely loved this hotel, everything from the building to the rooms, staff and food was superb. The grounds and facilities are great and are well kept and maintained, my room had a stunning view of the lake. Set a little of the beaten track i loved getting to see a little of rural Poland.

Hotel located in pretty area. Room quality generally reflects the hotel standard although some details are annoying, ex. the hairdryer is not very efficient. I stayed with friends and the third bed added to our room was tragic, not suitable for an adult (picture). Food worse than in average 4* hôtel. Both choice of dishes and their taste was disappointing. SPA treatments quality was good. However mess and confusion in the SPA réception made the whole experience not very relaxing.

Here is our feedback: Definitely improve: - Showers in the wellness area are rusty and sometimes do not work, in the men's and sauna areas - In the wellness area there is partly house music playing, which is not really relaxing. Here you should rather play spa music so that you can really relax, especially in the sauna. Great: - Sauna area in total - Pool - Room - outdoor, fitness outside, breakfast, service

Absolutely fabulous. Attractively designed building. Lovely beach and swimming area. Excellent spa facilities and indoor pool. English speaking staff. And located in one of the best places in western Poland. Highly recommended!

All in all very high value for money, but not very much love in the details. The sports area is a bit sad and all in all the staff isn't the friendless. The lake and surrounding nature is beautiful though.
