I have only ever had positive experiences with the Urzad Wojewodzki in Wroclaw thus far. Friendly, professional and always willing to help. The lady I dealt with today was super friendly and ever so helpful. It was visible that she had a true passion for her work. I can see that there are a lot of negative reviews here, however my opinion is mine and it is absolutely honest. Thank you.

Its been 2 years and I haven't received my karta. finally I received my positive decision from my inspector which is valid for 3 months only, I applied for printing the karta pobytu, after 40 days I got information that they are running out of plastic card and I have to wait more. Never hope from this office to make your life easy by providing karta pobytu on time.

If there was no star I would put ZERO star for DUW. Very bad attitude of public servants and no where to complain. Corruptions around the residence permit application place. The public servants are talking to some agents from outside for residence permits nicely however to the people without an agent, they show up very impolite manner, ignoring the customers, rolling up the eyes... most importantly, there is no control of this place and they take salaries from the tax which people is paying! As a foreigner here, it shows me how Poland really looks like.

Worst Urzad ever. they work slowest in whole Poland. I have applied for Karta Pobytu in Krakow, Poznan as well. in each occasion it took me maximum 3.5 Months. Where in Wroclaw it usually takes more than a year. This is ridiculous.

Polish president should look at the immigration system. Applicants are waiting for a simple card like 1 and half to 2 years it really horrible and joking for a foreigners. They should teach from another European country. Still Polish immigration are not made by modern based on their status.

You should have a lot of time allocated for waiting to resolve your application. It takes minimum 2 hours in order to make simple application. This is not acceptable.

Got my passport in like a week. Great and helpful staff. Thank you. Funny to see all this bad reviews from foreign customers - maybe before complaints you should complete all the forms correctly and provide all the the necessary documents - you wouldn't had any issues - but it's always easier to blame others than your own indolence

I applied for my passport almost a year ago. I've been there 3 times since to collect it. Every time there was a system failure and the numbers queue didn't work. Day after another. Now I'm trying to book a visit. Apparently it is possible. Well, I'd be really surprised if this functionality really worked. Obviously it doesn't minis f... 10 for them is already overrated
