Gdańsk is a pearl of Poland, shame it is only a replica of beautiful thousand years old city rebuilt after the 2 world war during which germans brought us love and democracy murdering innocent and defenceless polish people of Gdańsk, with its nearly all Elite slaughtered in nearby forest of Piaśnica, and their lovers bolsheviks demolishing entire city when they came to take over the country! Gdańsk is a great city to visit with beautiful Sopot nearby and Gdynia only a half hour on the train.

The place looks amazing and feels like it's stuck in late 19th century. Really good for evening walks and some amazing dinner
Is a must to see area, to learn about the local culture and local heritage with plenty museums around
For me Gdansk is now on par with Kracow/ Prague/etc for a weekend site seeing trip but I think Gdansk has the best restaurants and shoping malls
One of the best historical places I have ever visited. Almost completely stuffed with historical buildings in perfect condition. If you want to eat or drink something there are thousands of nice restaurants and bars. You have to visit it definitely if you are in Poland.
Stunning place, especially with the evening lights.
Next to river and too many tourists. You can eat traditional cuisines and see old places.
Absolutely stunning and colourful architecture. During the fair it is absolutely littered with people and all sorts of sales. Visit this place if you are in Gdańsk.
