Liw Castle Armory is around one hour drive from Warsaw. Therefore, it is a good option to visit from Warsaw on a day trip. There is a nice snakelike narrow river nearby where canoeing is very popular. The armory is situated in a baroque style manor house. It has impressive collection of weapons of early 19th century. I liked the SMGs. There is a nice renovated Gothic like tower, though it is not possible to go at the top. An adjacent cellar is dedicated for temporary exhibition. There is nothing more in the surroundings but the museum complex also has a camping site. Adequate parking options. However, the fee is on the higher side. Not much information in English.

After renovation it looks super nice. Exhibition is very interesting. Additionally to armory you can visit the tower and the cellars. Totally recommend it
Good place to visit for anybody interested in history or old weapons.
