The best place for students, personally I think that there is no better place in Karow. Excellent quality of apartments, great common areas. I recommend the gym.

I lived in this dorm from November 2019 to February 2020. I asked a lot of \dorm\ groups if is there anyone for joining, making friends... no answer for that. I aspected from dorm staff to making some events about making new friends in dorm and of course, there was no events. I was personally aspected more of this dorm and I'm really dissapointed. It's quite expensive dorm too. I hope it will be better dorm for future students, especially FOREIGN students!

Many of the good reviews are made by employees or local magazines which were sponsored (paid) to do so. This place is really far from the city center and amid COVID there is no reason to come here given the amenities are all closed and community living is no longer permitted without the tough restrictions. There are COVID cases being reported frequently within the dorm population. Now, a more serious matter: the staff has a disregard for your overall experience, they prioritize your money over costumer service and satisfaction. For me, my nationality was banned from coming in the country and visas were not issued by the consulates anymore. I asked to arrange a meeting with their advisor and manager, which was swiftly refused and followed by a number of invoices with large and fast increasing sums of money. This has been experienced by other students and reported on here, you may scroll through the reviews. If you have any problems, they will use law over morals to pressure you, even though they might be wrong, they will try to take advantage of the fact that you’re a foreigner and young to get what they want. Don’t give in. Outside of COVID time, this might be a good place because of the amenities it offers, period. Apart from that, the dorm has a really bad reputation and is located in one of the ugliest parts of the outskirts of Krakow. I wish you all the best of luck, but this is definitely not the ideal place to stay, far from it. On top of that, for the price paid for it, you could find the ideal place for you - for example, a whole apartment or flat for yourself for far less than it and far better located. If you are experiencing any kind of problem like that, please feel free to contact me. Me and other students are organizing all the cases and working together with a local magazine and local universities to warn the students.

This dormitory was literally my dream. I come from a family which is not really rich, but we manage to make ends meet. That's why the mission to convince my parents wasn't easy, but it was doable. I took extra jobs at my family town and finally after 2 months of constant asking, I finally did it, I finally managed to leave this town and live in a dorm of my dreams.

Absolutely disgusting!!! This place has cockroaches and I would not recommend anyone stay here. The management is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Do NOT waste your time and money.

Very scammy. Making students pay out their entire lease even though leaving due to COVID-19. Also there’s roaches. Staff is incredibly rude, don’t allow parties. Basically the worst apartments you could ask for tbh. Save yourself.
