I am a professional lean consultant and I know very well what Lexus stands for, so I am quite a demanding customer. Visited Lexus Pulawska office 2 times in June/July 2016 during my vacation ride via Europe. Both times on a short notice for car checkup before autobahn highspeed driving and on the way back. Both times I have received: - highest quality of service - very warm receipt during entire stay. To be noticed - both times there were different people - so it is not \I got lucky with that guy\ :). On way back I asked to check braking system and replace anything that looks suspicious with budget limit free to use. As result - no money spent as all parts were in excellent condition. This behaviour I do respect, as other dealer could have ripped off foreigner till the last euro with solid explanation that it was really needed to be done - I had not time to argue anyway. Lexus Pulawska team - well done! Will stop when in Poland. Regards, Roman Zahharov
