If you're a foreigner be aware of the non existing return policy. When buying a book as a gift for a friend I was told by a cashier (aka manager) I have up to 2 weeks to return it only to be told a week later by two female cashiers that I can only exchange it for another position. I have a receipt and the book is unread. So I won't buy anything in this bookstore (or any other for that matter) unless their return policy changes. Also, customer service sucks but that seems to be true to 90% of businesses here. Aside from above, rather small selection of books but a decent choice of nicer greeting cards in English.
Very nice book shop, great selection of books, knowledgeable stuff. And they also organize some cool events, also for kids.
