Pizza here is just great, waiters super polite and helpful. I went twice and both times I had good experiences. Just a small note.. I didn't notice in the menu that you charge 10% for the service... just an oversight?

Amazing experience. The pizzas are really tasty, well presented, ingredients of the best quality. I strongly think it is the best pizza that I've tried so far living in Krakow for almost a year and a half.
Amazing cold pizza even has bill on top. Dough is like gum. Edit: Business comment focus on coldness, but main problem is the bill was on top of the pizza. I also didn't like the quality of the product.
I do not recommend. No customer service whatsoever, rude manager, poor service as well as poor food experience, even when my dissatisfaction was mentioned to the staff, no action was taken and I ended up having to pay for something I did not consume.
Twice the grilled salmon, vegetables and potatoes meal was ordered, twice it arrived without potatoes. The second time despite us leaving a note explicitly asking for the potatoes not to be forgotten. Grilled salmon and vegetables were yummy, but 46 pln for such a miserable portion - this must be a joke.
Very good Italian place. Pizza is good and ingredients are excellent! Sometimes pizza is not well cooked or too watery but it’s fine. Prices a bit high.
We ordered 3 pizzas on Uber eat and just 2 came. They refused to deliver the additional one or refound us.
Service is way way slow. We ordered food and few drinks. Guess what happen next, we got cola, beer and tea after half an hour like the chef actually preparing beer and cola from scratch. Actually I am sitting in the restaurant and counting every minute when I will get my starters and main dish. Pathetic service, I will never come back here. I will just eat now and leave. Restaurant smells really good with Italian aura and delicious food so 5 star for chef but 1 star for service.
