My experience in this hospital is good. Doctors and nurses are helpful and kind, and even not everyone is able to speak English they are willing to put effort in communicating what is necessary to do. With Covid 19 all hospital personnel is wearing terrible suits, mask and vision protectors, specially in the isolation area, their working conditions are very difficult, and want to appreciate the kind and professional treatment they have for the patients. The room is clean and good, I'm in an hospital. I do not agree with some comments that seems that some patients expect a 5 stars hotel. I just want to recover and go back to my family.

Terrible service. Had to wait more than 6 hours in pain after arriving by ambulance. Arrogant doctor, when went to ask about information then got kicked out. Was said that only 1 doctor is working. Nonexistant service and directions in English. Nobody came to check in. Messy and not clean rooms. Was left to not taken care of

The most terrible service. Staff is terrible. Spent 7 hours no result. They are just spending time.

Although the hospital overall is very old, the department of gynecology and obstetrics is just outstanding. The facilities, nurses and doctors are just phenomenal.

You pretty much have to be a corpse before a doctor will see you. Enjoy waiting times of up to 12 hours, on top of no respect nor answers from staff.

Bad! They hung up the telephone when I called them even if I it was an emergency. Use the private clinics when you visit Krakow.
