I am in Krakow for a long weekend and I wanted to incorporate some yoga practice into my trip. I've done a class with Kasia, who was an absolute gem! It was an Iyengar class, thoroughly thought through, well structured and instructed in both languages, Polish and English. Kasia is a very attentive trainer and her class was a nice blend of chanting at start, strong asana practice and short meditation at the end. I must say that we miss such allround yoga experiences in London. Thank you for being so welcoming and I'm hoping to be back

Nice yoga school. I have been practicing there since November 2011. Experienced, committed, certified yoga teachers are always ready to help and guide. Great location and professionally designed courses guarantee fast progression in yoga practice. Highly recommended.

The best places I have found for yoga in Krakow so far (but everyone prefer another type of yoga, so you need to check if his one is for you first). They provide lessons in Polish (hope, my English review do not mislead you), but teacher is showing everything first, and only then everyone else is doing the same. The schedule is pretty versatile and they have different interesting events going on all the time. The only minus I can find is that you need to pay 100pln when you signing in and if you do not participate at least 14 out of 16 lessons, they will not give it back. That can be uncomfortable for the learners, but I totally understand that from the school's side.

Bardzo dobra szkoła. Uczęszczałam na zajęcia dla początkujących, które prowadziło dwoch nauczycieli. Kurs zdecydowanie zachęcił mnie do kontynuowania praktyki. Instruktorzy to osoby doświadczone i kompetentne, każda w nieco innym stylu prowadziła zajęcia i dawała różne wskazówki, co było dla mnie zdecydowanie wartością dodaną. W trakcie praktyki nauczyciele od czasu do czasu zdradzali też bardzo ciekawe i praktyczne wskazówki dotyczące fizjologii, np wpływ pewnych pozycji ciała na redukcję danego rodzaju bólu. Na zajęciach panowała dobra atmosfera. Sprzęt z którego korzystaliśmy był każdorazowo odkażany. Można było wypożyczyć matę na dłuższy okres czasu jak również na każdych zajęciach na czas ich trwania. Można było uzyskać zniżkę studencką na zakup kursu.
