I visited this great little shop last year when i was over from Australia. I cant heap enough praise on the owner , such a great guy and a true champion of the heavy metal community. I bought shirts and patches and he was only to happy to throw in free stuff along with it. I hope to return there again and definitely tell anyone heading that way to stop in there.

Super friendly owner, great experience!!
After the store was closed, we were taking a photo of a poster of Deep Purple on the door. Suddenly, the door opened and the owner came out and was so nice and friendly. He told us how he met the band and then he offered us a gift of three of the posters. He was closed and had nothing to gain but good will. Well, thank you very much Music Shop Krakow. You will never be forgotten!
The worst customer service I've experienced. The owner is extremely impolite and verbally abuses customers for no reason. The selection of vinyls is very poor and both records and merchandise are overpriced. Stay away!
The guy who owns the shop has always been very good when we are in Krakow,the last time we bought 6 t-shirts and he gave us 2 for free plus 2brilliant DVD's ,yes he can be a bit abrupt but from what I see it's usually with people that are just taking up space with no intention of buying anything and the shop is tiny .
Small but beautiful music store in the middle of Krakow, owned by a music fanatic with the characteristics of a polished diamond. Also, very good bang for buck and the owner is not shy of throwing in some ‘special gifts’. Can’t rate anthing else but 5 stars.
What an amazing place to go to vinyls glore tee shirts,badges,patches and the young gentleman behind the counter knows where everything is he's so passionate about music rock fans old and new must vist this shop I for one (the KISS) fan will never forget this place and I will return hopefully before you retire
Great shop for the metal fan, my wife and I bought some jewellery from the guy in there (who is super friendly) and he chucked in some stuff for us for free and did us a good deal on our metal merch. There are loads of tees in there and if you want a patch for your denim cutoff, he's your man. Prices were good, especially when compared to what you would pay in the UK
