Michal and his team were the perfect partner for my investments in Krakow!! After having several bad experiences with other design/construction companies in Kraków, I’ve found Fach Max thanks to the good reviews in google maps. Not sure if they were all true or not, I wanted give it a try, comparing its offers also with other competitors of course. After a cooperation of 4 months, and two flats realized with Fach Max, I can say that Michal (the owner) was incredible professional, always reachable (if doesn’t pick-up he generally calls back when possible) and ready to do his best to reach my high expectations, as I’m investing in Luxury Real Estate. What surprised me since the beginning, was the building site: always really clean and ordered, something really rare and important in this business. Also the whole crew was professional, educate and skilled. I couldn’t find better partner for my projects and I’m sure I’ll contact Michal for my future investments. What more: he was perfectly in time, really important, as I rent flats for tourists. Also after concluding the works, and being fully paid, Michał was always reachable and ready to come within a couple of days to fix anything connected with guarantee. This is a real quality service!! If I need to find something to improve: the attention on the finishing of the bathrooms, which required some small adjustments, but the final result was anyway amazing. If you are looking for a professional and qualified team, I totally recommend Fach-Max and I would suggest you to be far from other companies such: Quality Investments, D&D Project... they will bring you only headeaches, delays and super expensive costs, without any real service / supervisioning. I wish Michal all the best and I hope he will keep working so well. For sure we will see each other at the next investment :) Ps: he speaks a Good English, really important for a foreign investor as me.

Ekipa remontowa Fach-Max wykonała swoje zadanie wyśmienicie z dbałością o wszystkie szczegóły, które zostały zawarte w projekcie. Pan Michał podchodzi do spraw z pełnym profesjonalizmem, potrafi doradzić i podpowie w różnych kwestiach wykończeniowych ze względu na duże doświadczenie w branży.
