Needed a bit of help but we managed to escape. Without spoiling anything, its a great escape room. We never did an escape room before and the difficulty was just fine. It's also in English.

The escape room is not worthy for non-polish speakers
Good escape room. Hannibal Cela - nice (but quite simple) quest. All content available on Polish and English, staff able to talk on English too.
We visited Chucky room with two of my friends for a birthday at the beginning of April. First of all, the room is so-so - not scary and the quality of the puzzles we had to solve was average! There are faaar better escape rooms in Krakow for sure. Second of all, the lady at the reception (I wish I asked for her name!) was completely useless and has had a wrong attitude. When we asked for the first clue, she kept saying same thing about what we needed to do - which actually we already did at the very beginning of the game. When we asked again, she said same thing, even though on camera she could see that we already opened what she was telling us about. We lost good 10 mins trying to crack a puzzle as the lady kept pointing us there and did not even bother to look at the camera.... come on - there are only two rooms there... how hard can it be to look at the screen!?!?! As we moved further, we asked for a clue again. Same thing happened. She had no idea where we are and what we did, even though she had a camera (again!). Finally, at the end of the game, when we couldn’t escape, she came into a room to show us what we needed to do to get out. And you should have seen her face when doing that. Also, the code which we found, to unlock one of the doors was correct, but the lock must have been malfunctioning as we couldn’t open it when we tried. Anyway, to sum up - not a place I would recommend and would definitely not return again.

Escape room godny polecenia! Byliśmy z kolegami we dwóch pokojach - gabinecie Al'a Capone oraz pokóju laleczki Chucky - obaj są bardzo ciekawe oraz klimatyczne. Poziom trudności odpowiada opisu na stronie. Pani na recepcji bardzo uprzejma, z chęcia pomaga klientom ;) Z pewnością wrócimy jeszcze do Scary Hostel, żeby zaliczyć Celę Hannibala Lectera :)
Sympatyczny ER. Pokoje nie najnowsze, ale przemyślane i z klimatem ...
Polecam każdemu miejsce kilmatyczne z ciekawą i oryginalną fabułą 5 gwiazdek jak najbardziej się należy. Polecam każdemu !
