It should be good if everything works but... When I come to this services and didn't know how this service works I spent my time in a queue to ask about everything. After that when I got an answer that I should use PC to download my files which I want to print I tried it. My computer didn't have an internet connection... I should have stayed in a new queue to ask about it. I got an answer that it was the very first time and I should use another PC. I tried it but it couldn't connect to Google Drive because of \Proxy\ problem. I stayed in the queue once again and got an answer that google had problems - not them(but I could use google services via my phone). When I finally sent them my files by email and ask to print in color - they print it in black in white and said that I shouldn't print in color this kind of files... but they printed it 1 minute later and ask for payment for both version of files...

Do yourself a favour and don’t come here. Awful customer service. The guy thinks he is ruling a F500 company and he doesn’t even make the copies.

Have been looking for 2 days a place to print out our e-tickets to Auschwitz. Noone could explain us where we'll manage to do that. Somehow we've found that place. The guy will consult U in Eng., Pol., Ukr. and Rus., always willing to help.

Took us quite a while to find the shop. It’s not along the main row of shops in the train station. It’s actually at the back row near platform 2. It’s just a few shops down from McCafe. There are 3 computers you can use for printing stuff. Can get quite busy at times.

Very convenient place - bear in mind its located in the actual train station, not the galleria (GPS coordinates are very accurate, on the indoor maps its on the -1 level, located in area \4\. Was able to shoot our Ryanair boarding passes (which needed to be printed out because their app is useless - one star for them) via email and printed them out timely. Salesperson spoke English and was very professional. Now I feel safe buying those stupid Ryanair tickets to/from Krakow since I know where I can get stuff printed out haha.
