Wonderful all around! First, I checked in with no reservation after 10 PM on a Friday in the summer, and they provided me with a room without any fuss. Second, the hotel is in the center of town in a nice, historic, large wooden chalet, with charming wooden furnishings and rustic decor inside. Third, the price included a buffet breakfast, which had many high-quality options, including a fruit salad and fresh, whole fruit that were ripe and flavorful and presumably from regional sources. Finally, the price was remarkably low, 200 złoty (around 45 euros) for my standard room.

It's average. Food was good but a bit pricey. Service was ok. We were a big group and this place had big tables
The Restaurant is situated very centrally in a very beautiful wooden building!!! When we visited the Restaurant there was a live traditional band performing in the restaurant, it was very nice. The food was not so good as in other restaurants in the area and a litle bit more expensive, also the portions were smaller sized than in Poland generally. The staff was not smiling and some of them didn't speak any English!!! They were not rude but they could be more friendly!! Pasta was very good but small portions, the steaks were overcooked. It was a nice dinner generally but I am not sure if I would recommend this restaurant!!
The we were served in this place was amazing. Opted for the beef cheek and ribs. Didn't disappoint. Tasty desserts as well. Was very busy but the staff were well able to handle. Great live traditional music was the cherry on top.
Overall the hotel is great choice for hiking weekend break in Zakopane. Location - 10min walk from the bus station and the buses to the main attractions i.ex. Morskie Oko, Kuźnice for Kasprowy Wierch; also walking distance to the start point of other hikes. In the middle of Krupówki street so plenty of shops (inc. grocery stores) around. I guess during the season this area feels very crowded and noisy but at the beginning of June we didnt have any issues: the room was quiet, overlooking parking, only a couple of tables taken during the breakfast. Room - spacious, decorated in a regional style, with good wifi signal, TV and kettle in a room, table with two chairs. We had a private balcony, great way to relax after a day long hike away from the crowds. There is also a swimming pool and sauna in the hotel for free for hotel guests. Breakfast - cold and hot options, omlette/ scrambled eggs can be prepared on request, freshly baked bread really delicious. We didnt have any meals (except breakfast) in the hotel restaurant so cannot comment on this; the reception service was really friendly and helpful, the same during the breakfast. Id stay here again (really like the regional decor and the location) but outside the main season. Im not sure if there is a lift in the hotel so for some guests this could be problematic as all rooms are located on 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor.
Stay away! We had a dirty bedsheets that most likely were not replaced after previous guests. The food is waay overpriced for its quality. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Very friendly staff and good prices for a hotel next to the main area in Zakopane. Parking also available for 24 hours at a extra price. Highly recommended.
given that I have very high expectations I rearly give many stars. but I have to give all stars to this restaurant. very nice food and polite staff. they serve food for all tastes including mine. since you are in zakopane do ask for lamb sausage served in a hot pane. also amazing pierogi and zurek soup. I highly recommend this place.
