I had high hopes for Kaktus24, seeing many positive reviews on Google. However, they use GLS/Parcelforce as their delivery company and if you order from the UK, be prepared for lengthy delays in delivery - I'm still waiting for my delivery which I ordered on 21 October. Moreover, reading Amazon reviews about the way Kaktus24 handles requests for help with missing parcels is concerning. So, any attempts to contact Kaktus24 with the hope for assistance to locate my parcel and to find out why it sat in a depot in Poland for three working days have so far been unsuccessful: the London number that they provide on their website is inactive and they don't respond to emails or messages/calls on WhatsApp. This is not the kind of customer service I'm used to and I hope that my purchase, which I'm still waiting for, is ok, as the reviews for this company on Amazon and on here (for example by Ravik) don't fill me with confidence about good customer aftercare. Overall, I'd have probably considered using them in the future because they have competitive prices, but because of my bad experience, I'll look elsewhere, especially that other businesses are as competitive and/or nearly as competitive in pricing as Kaktus24 is.

Zegarek otrzymalem, jednak jest on wadliwy - skrapla sie woda i tarcza jest zamglona przy zmianach temperatury (zegarek nigdy nie byl zalany czy tez uzywany w bezposredniej bliskosci wody). Zegarek reklamowalem (wyslalem na wlasny koszt) i w bardzo krotkim czasie otrzymalem go z powrotem - niestety problem jak wystepowal, tak wystepuje nadal. Sklep uznal, ze skraplanie pary wodnej to normalnie wystepujacy problem i jedyne, co moga zrobic, to powtornie go osuszyc, sama wada natomiast nie kwalifikuje sie do wymiany modelu lub tez zwrotu kosztow na zasadzie gwarancji. Mam 5 zegarkow roznych firm, i to pierwszy zegarek, ktory najwyrazniej moge nosic tylko latem. Moj pierwszy i ostatni zakup w kaktus24, nie polecam.
Zegarek wygląda dużo lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Zamówiony wczoraj, dzisiaj był już u mnie
Zegarek otrzymałem w prezencie, dotarł szybko do osoby zamawiającej. Bez problemu dostawałem odpowiedzi na moje dodatkowe pytania mailowe.
Gdyby ktoś nie wierzył że Kaktus24 nie rozdaje nagród w konkursach . Oto mój zwycięski zegarek w konkursie na komentarz w Ceneo :-)
Polecam. Fajny sprzęt i fajny sklep. Pierwszy raz zakup i jest oki.
Zegarek ładny, tylko jedno kłuje w oczy... Na stronie zaznaczony jest kraj pochodzenia- Holandia, po otwarciu od razu rzuca się to Made in China.
