Bring'd the same computer screen to be repair 3 times. - first time device was still not working properly - second time, i had to pay 1500 PLN for electronic parts, lasted few weeks till they call me to pick it up, still not working. - third time, i leave it for 2 months, bring back home still not working. i gave up after that, bored to go in and out for no results, waste of money.

The staff is friendly and polite, on that I have no issue. But they take their customers for absolute fools, they flatter and deceive you into agreeing to ludicrous prices, just because the average customer has no knowledge on repairs. I brought a Sony camera with a broken screen, I was told 1300 PLN. And a Laptop that had a broken hard drive and audio issues which they said would cost 1700 PLN. I rang 4 other camera repairs shops close by, the prices ranged from 400 to 700 PLN. I fix my laptop myself, buying the same harddrive they offered and a set of screws for the grand total of 580 PLN. Im sure there great in repairs, but the prices are highway robbery. They take advantage of their customers lack of knowledge and just milk them. I confronted their staff on the prices, asking how they got to that amount and was told that their technician make 200zl/per hour. apparently it take 4 hours to swap a harddrive. Avoid and support smaller and more honest bushiness.

Hello, all. I got a pair of Grado headphones serviced here. The Iviter staff did a very good job including replacing the headphone speakers and installing a much better cable… they sound better than when new :-)!
