We are not surprised why they are called the “best”. It was a totally positive and smooth experience. Few weeks before our vacation we were in touch with Dominik to take care of our two little cats at home. We were not comfortable with the idea of dropping them anywhere but have someone come and take care at home instead. Dominik has been extremely patient and explained everything about cat behaviour to cat food to health aspects of our cats. He visited us a week before the vacation to understand our needs and has been so prompt with the schedules and with sending us videos and pics of the fur balls while we were away. We were so happy to know they are in safe hands. He was kind enough to give them the right probiotics and change the food type upon discussion with us as he suspected a minor infection with their stomach. As recommended by him as soon as we were back we took them to the vet and they indeed had to be on probiotics and D worm for few days and they are so fine now. He spent quality time with the cats, fed them, cleaned the litter, played with them!! What else could we ask for! We had a little change of plan and arrived late and he was so accommodating, he readily agreed for an extra visit to feed our cats. Thank you once again and you will be our go to team when we plan a vacation :). We highly recommend!!

Gorąco polecam opiekę Justyny i Dominika! Korzystam z ich usług już od lat i nigdy się nie zawiodłam :) Dostosowują się z grafikiem do potrzeb właściciela i zwierzaka. Podopiecznego traktują indywidualnie i nie bagatelizują jego, czasem przecież specyficznych, potrzeb ;-)
Justyna bardzo nam pomogła behawioralnie przy problemach z agresywnym kotem. Było to dla nas istotne bo mamy malutką córkę. Merytorycznie, cierpliwie udało się rozwiązać trudną sytuację. Polecam gorąco haumiau24!!!

Z całego serca polecam opiekę nad pupilem przez HauMiau :) Justyna jest bardzo profesjonalną i doświadczoną osobą, pomimo krótkich wyjazdów, zawsze chętnie pomoże w opiece nad kotem i doradzi w zakresie żywienia czy też behawioru. Kot jest wybawiony, nakarmiony i równie obficie sfotografowany, co cieszy jeszcze bardziej :) Jak dla mnie rewelacja, będę wracać i polecać dalej :)
Jestem bardzo zadowolona z opieki nad kotką. Widać autentyczne zaangażowanie i miłość do zwierząt. Codzienna fotorelacja pozwoliła być spokojnym o dobrostan futrzaka. Kotka była odwiedzana raz dziennie, wybawiona i wygłaskana. Na pewno skorzystam przy okazji następnych wyjazdów.
