AVOID !!! The car was rented for short drive. Car had a lot of small scratches around. I have returned car unwashed due to lack of time early in the morning. They require car to be returned as washed outside and cleaned inside . They claimed I have to pay 1000EUR for one small scratch and front windshield stone damage. I had a picture proving that scratch did exist prior to rent, but I could not prove windshield was damaged prior to rental. I did not see or hear any stone hit on windshield while driving (it was summer, dry road, sunny weather ). I have not seen any windshield damage from inside of vehicle. Picture of windshield taken outside the car has usually a lot of reflections , so you can't see any details. Definitively scam, if customer has its own insurance, they try to draw the money from insurance companies. Avoid !!!

Very high level of customer service! Have been collected from airport with all family and got what I asked for. Had been offered an upgrade for a little charge. Haven't took it. Was happy with my choice. Car clean and tidy only 20 k miles driven. Waiting for deposit to be unblocked next week. Thanks
These organisation is blackmail, they try to steal from you. At this moment my lawyer is taken legal actions against them. So happy i have made pictures before and after. They are thieves. I also have proof that the vehicle has been moved after i returned the car. The wheels move moved which is clear on the pictures. Above all there was no inspection when i returned the car, but only 5 hours later. They try to steal 1070 from my for a scratch which was on it before. I am so happy that i took pictures at the moment i picked the vehicle up and when i returned it. My lawyer will take legal actions against them which i also will publish in public. People, they will try to steal from you just like they are trying to do with me. You be warned!
We were late to pick up to be fair (20m outside the grace period), but they cancelled our booking and told us they'd rented the last of the car we booked (I guess in the space of 20 minutes), and that they only had cars 3x the price left to rent, the car park was full of cars and when I went on the website I could book the exact same car for pickup on the exact same afternoon for the exact same period and price. In short they were within their rights according to their terms and conditions, but were clearly trying to fleece us for extra cash. I was tempted to book again online and pick up the same car just to see the look on their face but I think they'd probably find some other way to fleece us, especially considering the other reviews here (which I should have checked before booking!)
Rented car from this company on two occasions in last week's . Office is located less then 5m drive from the airport , very quick pick-up. Great costumer service. First hire basic insurance ,second full insurance. Staff very polite and obliging. Yes you do have to cheack the car thoroughly as in any other company when renting car with basic insurance in Poland.
We ended up not taking the car even though we have paid in advance. Staff was just rude and seemed not to really caring of the customer. Also, the young guy mentioned the deposit of 700 and was encouraging us to take an insurance for 25 a day which I find quite expensive comparing to other companies. He hinted that they would find something out such as scratches to eventually get some extra money off of you. When I mentioned it he denied but that’s what it sounded like. Would definitely not recommend as the companies that are based at the airport are working out cheaper with better cars and brilliant service.
Worse thing in the world. Most unfortunate thing is that unable to rate 0 stars. Rented a vehicle for 0800, flight delayed and didn’t land till almost 0900. Called them at 0906 and they said that their policy states that if you don’t call to let them know that your reservation is cancelled. Said will look into it and call back in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later calls and says nothing he can do, you car was given away. Refund?? Absolutely not as it’s the fine print. So when I have no way of contacting them, and flight is delayed, you lose. Worse customer service, will NEVER go with them again or recommend. You’ve been warned.
Great guys to deal with, friendly and honest. Vans are in good condition and seem well looked after. Prices are very keen. Access to compound is good with enough parking. Thoroughly satisfied, I'll use them again
