Plenty of products and plenty of staff. I love Castorama. My problem is, If you stand still for too long the floor staff will literally push you out of their way to get past you - or run you down with a pallet jack. The mentality of customers being an inconvenience is visually evident. No smile and a 'what do you want attutude' is highly unprofessional. I asked for one piece of plywood to be cut and they said come back in 3 days Occasionally... you'll find a helpful staff member that speaks English. The delivery drivers are efficient. I own property in this town so I've been there at least 200 times in the last 3 years. I know what it's like

Worst store ever. Worker are rude and doesn't want to help customers. I would recommend everyone just drive to OBI as atleast there I can shout on a manager if someone is rude. In castorama they do not even want you to buy anything. They just want you to get out of there.
