Scammers! Poor service, the car was dirty and after the returned they claimed it was clean before. Also they reported after there were new scratches on the roof of the car! Run away from this company and warn everyone about them. They may sound cheap at first but you will pay the extras later.

Charged me an extra 700 for one dent on roof that I didn’t do. Meanwhile car has many dents allaround. Videoed the car allaround so they put dent on roof
Worst company ever! Scammers. Worst experience ever!
They required embossed credit card saying flat is easy to cointerfeit and print(how about chip Mr? Internet connection? Card type in terminal?, they really require training about cards). They didn't like my embossed debit or flat credit card which I used everywhere else in the world during rental. Had to take taxi back home to bring another card on Christmas eve. Mr Aleksander W. wery unpleasant, wanted me to buy extra insurance costing same money as rental. When I got back he said the car is not available any more and wanted to rent another car priced 100usd/day.After some conversation suddenly he found the same car that I should rent. The car had problems with back wheel, was very loud during driving what could be easy to notice by they and even that they rented unsafe car. This place and service is a scam and not up to today's quality of service. I did rental through rental compare site and in the voucher was only they require credit card in the name of person renting car. I'm not a newbie in rentals, did over 200 in my life worldwide but this service is terrible. Wish I could give 0 stars UPDATE: After publishing this opinion Mr. Aleksander from Global called me to my private number threating me saying he will make a lawsuit. This is obvious violation of GDPR/RODO and using my data in private case not connected to rental. I have a proof of that and now I can actually file a lawsuit against this company and Mr. Aleksander. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Was a bit concerned to hire a car from them after so many negative reviews. Fortunately everything went quite smoothly. Maybe I was the lucky one. Car was ready on time, nice and clean. Oddly deposit was back on my card before I return a car. The only annoying thing was staff. A guy behind counter-way to arrogant and pushy. Another one in car park complete lack of knowledge. Overall good experience.
Be very careful when hiring a car with this company. First of all they commit a crime under the Polish Law when asking customers to sign a blank screen, after which they add lots of detailed lies about damages to a car. They have already been reported to Polish Prokuratura but nevertheless be very mindful. Do not sign anything in the office! Take pictures of every inch of the car you're hiring. Best thing is not to book with them at all. They illegally deduct money from your credit card. If you start digging deep and open an investigation you might be lucky to get a refund like I did (and a meaningless apology) but some of their customers have been innocently involved in fraudulent transactions. Stay Away!
DO NOT RENT A CAR in Global-Rent-a-car. they have good prices but you buy also a huge headache. First of all, the car which was booked (and confirmed) was not available. Secondly, I receved a car which is not a fleet car according to their summary available on official website. Further official website states the cars are not older than 18 months, the one which I got was 3 years old. And the cherry on the top - they claim almost 1.000 for damaged alu rims... funny point is that the pickup protocol already shows that the same rim was already damaged... this is just a SCAM. I will not give up and claim them to the court. Unbelievable cheaters...
