Nice shop to buy branded clothes, shoes and more. I had forget my Super Covid mask at home and they was really gentle to offer my a mask and let me in the shop ( no every shop is doing that ) that was a good thing because like that I was able to spend my money inside :)

If you are looking for brands with affordable price this is the place to be. Everything you can think about you will find here. The only disadvantage is that it is with limited quantaties but if you keep coming in regular basis you will definitely make some good deals

Zero stars. We are fans of TK Maxx and has a long happy history of relationship with the Brand. We've been in TK Maxx stores around the world: Poland, Germany, USA, etc. At evening of august 5th we've been disappointed with the situation which we've faced in the store TK Maxx ul. Targ Sienny 7, 80-806 Gdańsk. We are arrived together with my wife to buy clothes and other items for our family and children. We've spent in the store more then 1 hour, we've chosen more then 20 children dresses, other things for ourselves, 6 pack of coffee and other. When we've heard an announcement that's only 15 minutes left till the store closing we've moved fast as we could and been at the cash desk in about 2 mins after announcement. When we've met the girl from staff at cash desk, we asked: can we use tax free service (like it's always was in stores of TK Maxx). That's was important for us, because the total amount of our purchase was more then 500 zl. But the girl (grey short hair, glasses) have said that it's too late for tax free service. We started an discussion about it and she few times asked her colleague at other desk (man in age near 25s) what she should do. Her colleague was not so friendly at all, he's said that he don't want to work all night. The girl didn't helped us at all. She repeated again and again that providing of tax free service will take more then 10 minutes and she has no time. We've spent on that discussion more then 6-7 minutes. In a final of it we've been really dissatisfied and decided not to buy anything in that store. Your employees have lost us as clients and we will never return. I suppose it's important admit that the shop have lost more then 500 zl of income.
