Terrible service, avoid - photo shows what you can expect when you show up at the counter. We arrived a bit early. How can the car not be ready at least an hour ahead of time??? The guy at the counter simply said that our car is not ready yet, because we are too early, left and said we need to wait. Nobody else showed up and nobody picks up the phone at the \express\ phone number displayed at the desk. These guys definitely need some basic customer service classes... for comparison EuropCar in the next window has 5 people at the desk. We had an excellent previous rental experience with PANEK, better go there.

The best rental company for me so far! I was positively surprised about the flexibility of the place and time to pick-up and leave the car. And everything went smoothly, professionally and without hidden costs. I recommend it.

Really, really bad service. We booked a car and received a booking confirmation. When we arrived in the evening they told us they cannot find the reservation number (we send the reservation email to them) and we had to call a general hotline of whole Poland. We tried for several minutes to get more information, nobody answered neither. It was late in the night and finally we had to go by train. Worse service ever!

I really don't understand those bad reviews. I was a bit concerned but still rented a car from those guys and I have nothing bad to say about them. Met the driver at the airport, he took us to their parking lot which is 2-3 km away from the airport, spent less than 15 minutes there, I also got a free upgrade because they didn't have a class B car so I got a class C. Paid the full insurance and a 500 PLN deposit. Returned the car on Friday at 10 AM, got the deposit back on my bank account on Sunday morning. Keep up the good work guys.

before i land at chopin airport at 10pm i call the car hire office to confirm my hire and everything seems sweet till i land . i was lokking for the representatives at the airport for over an hour and no one show up or any car given. i end up paying 100 for taxi from warsaw to plock . when i call the for the refund thay said they cant do it becouse i choose them through rentalcar.com not directly.

Found myself at the train station where no one knows where Express car rental is. There is no office inside or outside the train station. No signs or even instructions in email. So, what U have to do - is to find rental service phone number and make a roaming call, waiting for 3-5 minutes online for the answer. Then it appears that at the time of rental start someone had been waiting for you but now he's gone and you will have to pay some extra fee for he/she return and wait for 0.5-1 hour. For some drop-off places you will have to call the company again)) And beforehand. To have the other men pick the car...

When you a book a van that says it can fit 7 people, you get an old mini van that can barely squeeze 5 people in it.

Uwaga oszusci i naciagacze !!! Nie zasluguja nawet na polgwiazdki.!!! Scammers and worst service ever. They sent fake photos with no car reg plate, \ that car - we had rented it has been damaged \ and they didn't return deposit !!! Although we have sent back actual photos of car which we have rented from them - with no sign of any damage or scratches. We have already reported them to The police, Biuro praw konsumenta and Urzad Skarbowy in Warszawa.
