I recommend this exchange office, great location in the city center and long opening hours. Very good rates, you can negotiate prices, there is no problem with the availability of currency. I always call ahead and book a course.

Exchanged British pounds here a week ago. Good rates. Quick and easy transaction. Not a very pleasant cashier.

This place is just horrible! They are so ignorant and lack any confidence in what they are doing. All transactions are scrutinized with such an utter lack of confidence it takes forever. Eventually approved but with such reluctance, it’s maddening!!! So many places to do your currency exchanges. Do yourself a favor and don’t choose this one........

The rates are really good and one of the best in town but the staff is so rude.

Location near Carefour shop on 1 floor. Always ask currency exchange rate to sell them. But from my experience their margin not more than 2 percent. Compare with competitors with their 15-20 % charges, I will give them 5 from 5 stars

Called to the exchange office to ask if they exchange Russian rubles, as I tried few places in Krakow and no one had any. First I asked if he speaks english, his reply was NO. After a little while he said the person who speaks english, will work tomorrow. Then I asked if they have rubles, and he said no. When I dared to ask if he should know when they do have ( I am aware that sometimes exchange places count on just money coming in from customers but sometimes they have deliveries also) He started shouting at me: No madam, I am not a wizard, I do not know when we have rubles, as I don't know when someone comes to exchange them! HOW RUDE!!!
