Europcar has never let me down, but this time my expectations were simply exceeded by the office at Chopin Airport. The car was of a higher class, with low mileage and, as always, in excellent condition. The pickup process was quick and professional. The gentleman with whom I handled the formalities was kind and well informed about my requests previously submitted to the resevations department. Compared to other rental companies at the Warsaw Airport, Europcar is definitely the best. I will be happy to rent here next time.

Good morning, I was travelling unexpected recently. The reason was - my Mom passed away. Many airlines were not working still and travel itself was not easy. I arrived on Okęcie in June 2020, exactly on the first vacation weekend. And it was difficult to find any available vehicle right away. Europcar Team very professional understood the situation and took immediate action. The office was open until late evening hours, and it was absolutely no problem to contact them at any time. I was instructed to start my reservation on their website and after a few minutes’ car was available to me to pick up. The vehicle I returned was fresh washed, vacuumed and fully tanked car. In my opinion it is good to cooperate with a Company from our side as a professional customer as well. Interrent Warszawa Team was very knowledgeable and professional with delivery any information and answering my questions with a smile and high-level customer serving. Well done Europcar! Thank you,

Totally disappointed in my last visit. I couldnt get any help from 24/7 assistance phone which useless....barely speaks english....I wouldnt use this company for private needs ....

Absolute disgrace of a service. Charging for non existing services, complete incompetence of Europcar staff in solving issues. Lack of communication and total dishonesty. Never came across a worse car rental agency in my whole life. Stay away if you value your money and nerves. Also, how can you sleep at night working for such a BS company?

(-) Dirty car. (-) Unresponsive customer service. (-) They will charge you thousands for fixing small scratches, especially if you have insurance provided by another company. (-) They will try to charge you thousands for trying to extend the rent period (!?) () Hybrid cars available, hence (**) star rating, not (*).

No one picks up the phone website basically useless. If you book on their own website you get a car from 38 per day. But the reservation needs to be at least 1h in advance. If you arrive at the counter without a reservation, they will offer you cars starting from 84 per day, claiming that they don’t have any other.

I was rented a car without asking if I had the correct DRIVERS LICENSE. After showing them, my Canadian drivers license, they rented me the car. Turns out that an INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS LICENSE is required. I was pulled over and my trip became a disaster.

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE, absolute con artists. Will let you book a premium type of a car Audi, Mercedes which they will confirm over the email to then present you with a cheap korean equvilant telling you 'ITS THAT OR SIMILLAR' well let's get one things straight a Mazda or a Hyundai or not in the same ball part as Mercedes or Audi cars, it's not about the features because every car nowadays comes with aircon and a USB port it's about the design, safety, road presence and good feeling driving one. Staff at the desks are quite rude, they do not understand basic concepts about cars. When you ring for the 100th time and someone eventually answers they are shocked that you even want to complain. 'You got the car didn't you? So what's the problem?' a very unprofessional lady said on the phone to me. 'You've sign a contract what do you want to do about it?' Unbelievable. Avoid at all cost.
