my company made a first trial order with Estimet company for metal legs furniture. Before shipping the goods we invited several times our sales contact at Estimet to well protect the metal legs to prevent from having friction problems during shipment , even if we put the order on pallet. The result was a catastroph. The pallet arrived outside in good conditions, but inside the metal part was not well protected then friction, then all the parts have been damaged. We have contacted the sales contact who reject the mistake(then who made the mistake!!!!).We will have to redo all the parts for painting!!!PAy really really attention before working with this company.
