So I think I might have surprised the DM team a bit by showing up at the door with the broken mouse, requesting first aid :) The service was very good, quick contact on every phase of the repair, professional consumer service! Would recommend to every people, who are looking for great parts with good price level! My DM1 Pro is alive and well and shiny again, the succesor afaik will be DM :)
This is a great business. I ordered a Laptop which is supposed to be this buffed piece of equipment serving me for years and it seems it will be easily. What's more, when I came back to them with some queries regarding things I found unexpected, all was resolved and answered right away, with extensive instructions and pro-activity towards me as a customer. Additionally, the process of delivering the laptop, from the moment of request to the courier at my doors, took only two days even though there were custom parts requested as well. All-in-all, it was a great experience AND great equipment.
After such a long time, finally was able to order a Laptop from Dream Machines. Living in UAE, there was no local supplier and since it was a big purchase, I was feeling very anxious of ordering it online and was worried about how to coordinate it all to get it shipped to Dubai. I got in touch with their support team and they were really extremely helpful and they even offered getting things sorted locally and arranging a Shipment with insurance and everything!! Going back and forth on a lot of emails, they helped me clarify every minute detail about the build I wanted to purchase and catered to my every foolish request!!! I am a huge fan of Dream Machines products. I own most of their mice (and duplicates of some), along with a few of their mouse pads. Great customer service and great prices as well. I had a defect with one of my mice and they replaced it for me, free of charge and they also paid for the return shipping. The Dream Machines Large Mouse Pad and their DM1 S2 are my favorites! You won't find a better mouse or pad for the price. They feel and perform like they should be 2 or 3 times what they cost. Highly recommended!
I've got laptop a couple of days ago took me month to get it to me. One of the best "new to me" company with exceptional laptops, with the most Thoughtful combination of details inside the machine (CPU, RAM, VIDEO etc.). Best out there with consideration of spectrum "Price and Characteristics". Amazing minimalistic design with soft and pleasant material. These guys deserve more attention in my country. One more word "Amazing".
Very helpful customer service and I love the brand, well made and accurate. Prices are consistently less than a comparable gaming mouse from another brand.
