The courier attempted to deliver the package once - we couldn't pay for it since the card terminal was broken. When he found out we had no cash (didn't tell us about the broken terminal beforehand), he became really rude. He promised to come back the next day and of course nothing happened, zero contact from his side. It's been a week, I've checked the status and it says eturned to the sender\. The courier didn't bother and just set it as ejected by recipient\. Not a way to go.

I don't give 5 stars, because: 1. The location is awful. It is very far away from the city center. 2. I had to wait more than half an hour to take my delivery. They have to have better organisation. 3. I was trying a lot to connect with DHL on the phone, but it was super hard and I was able to receive information about the package in internet only by tracking my order. 4. It is possible to use eco toilet only (on the bus stop). There aren't any benches. The good thing is that the people talk in English, they try to be kind and helpful.
Highly likely the worst shipping location and customer support service in Warsaw. Everyone at that location should go to \how to be human\ training. Reps are hot-tempered, insolent and would literally yell at you without a reason. I drove 30 minutes to their location and had a pre-printed DHL express label and I was told they don't have to accept it because it is not DHL but DHL-express. This logic is mesmerizing and I decided to schedule a DHL pick up instead. Hopefully it was just a bad day but that experience made my question DHL standards vs anywhere else which are great. I suggest management gets involved. If I could I would rate it 0 stars. Good luck competing with others if you keep it up.
Google Maps shows it’s open I packed multiple huge packs to my car and came to suddenly realize they have paper printed glued to window it’s closed on 03.11.2018?? Why? Moreover I called before to make sure it works but the infoline doesn’t work and phone number specified on google maps doesn’t work on Saturday so no chance to figure out it will be closed and where can I give my packages today. All parcel service points does not accept them as they are too big.
They lost my parcels, never called me back, never answered any of my emails. I had to go there and force them to find my boxes!! Their intention was to send my boxes back to the sender, without even trying to find my address on the map. It's sad that I can't rate their services 0 stars.
They don't give you a time of delivery and expect you to wait the whole day at home. Be assured that they come when you just go out for 5 min. No calling, no leaving a note. Made this experience over and over. And they don't care at all if you complain, nothing changes. Whatever they write on their website, they don't care about their customers here in Poland. Whenever I can I choose another delivery company, but sometimes I can't avoid it and it always drives me nuts. Other delivery companies can do it, why not DHL? Worst in Poland, seriously. I am not sombody to write bad reviews, but in this case it is well deserved.
It is so sorry that I can't rated your services 0 stars. I never NEVER had met such terrible servise all over the world. Yor are the worst
Lost my parcel, not responding to the complaint for a week already. The courier tried delivering to a wrong building and was too lazy to go the the right one.
