I dont recommend anyone to visit this clinic! Receptionist is agressive to foreign people, scheduled my appointments wrong and when they fixed it they charged me an addicional cost for that. no organization whatsoever.

I was there for the first time and it looked a really serious Clinic. But yet as the time passed by it only disappointed me. First I went there and the doctor gave a me a treatment to do for 10 days. After 2 days they called me if would be possible to go there in that day, which makes totally no sense after they gave me a treatment to do for 10 days! Secondly they asked me to change the hour of the already made appointment. Already very disappointed I agreed to change hour. Also lets rephrase that when I first went there they informed me that the removal and scaling is covered by NFZ so this next appointment would not have any costs. And now is where I got really disappointed and sad about the service they gave me. They called me in the day of appointment asking one more time to change the hour, but unfortunately I have work so I couldnt change hour, after that they asked me if anyone have informed me about the \cost\!! Yes suddenly there is costs and they inform me about it only in the day of appointment. To me there was a great lack of professionalism and also of organization. i totally dont recommend this place because of those reasons.

Byłem dziś na wizycie z NFZ jednak okazało się że mam do leczenia kanałowego 6ke co jak po wizycie się dowiedziałem nie jest refundowane wszystko przebiegło okej ale nie zrobili zdjęcia zęba i nie zostałem powiadomiony na początku wizyty o kosztach takiego leczenia które jak później zapytałem miało kosztować 1000zl czyli 2 razy tyle co wszędzie indziej w Katowicach gdzie dzwonilem. Za pierwszą wizytę zapłaciłem 400zl. 200zl za wizytę i 200zl na poczet dalszego leczenia. Gdy zorientowałem się o kosztach leczenia u innych specjalistów chciałem zrezygnować jednak tych 200zl już nie odzyskam tak mi pan dr powiedział przez telefon... strasznie drogo jak za wizytę..po prostu prywatny dobry interes szczerze odradzam takie naciągactwo bo 200zl za darmo wzięli!!

ZDECYDOWANIE ODRADZAM!!! Miałam wykonany zabieg usunięcia 8 przy rozcinaniu dziąsła, przez dr Matuszczyka - sam zabieg nieprzyjemny i bardzo bolesny, ale to nic w porównaniu do samego zachowania Pana dr. Był bardzo nieuprzejmy, zachowywał się jakby chciał jak najszybciej skończyć zabieg i nie reagował na moje prośby. 2 tygodnie po zabiegu okazało się, że nie wyciągnął mi szwy z dziąsła, a do recepcji nie można się dodzwonić.... Masakra
