AVOID!! Recently brought my X3 in for oil change. One hour after leaving shop the low oil warning came on. I called the service rep, no answer. I sent several texts also with no answer. Looking under the car there was a steady oil leak. So I had my local mechanic look at it and he reported that the oil filter was installed incorrectly and leaked oil when under pressure. Fortunately the car is not damaged but it cost me twice the time to repair.

Car went to service they offered a free cleaning which i thought is very nice. When i came to take the car it was dirty so they offered me to wait 1 hour for cleaning. i think it was disrespect of my time. Not very happy with the service.

Serdecznie polecam BMW Bawaria Motors w Gdańsku - zarówno doradców jak i serwis. Przede wszystkim za profesjonalizm, otwartość, szybkie rozwiązywanie nietypowych problemów, niezwykle miłą atmosferę (byłam z małym synkiem) i oczywiście sprawny, czysty samochód. Oddałam tu do serwisu moje E90 na skomplikowaną wymianę PAROWNIKA klimatyzacji. To ogrom pracy (co widać na zdjęciach) za którą serdecznie dziękuję Panu Sylwestrowi z serwisu :) . Skorzystałam z aktualnej promocji 35% zniżki dla BMW powyżej 5 lat i dodam, że miałam możliwość dostarczenia części innego producenta. Serwis daje wiele opcji, które można omówić z doradcą. Moja opinia powinna być szczególnie cenna dla właścicieli i miłośników starszych modeli tej kultowej marki. Szczególne podziękowania dla Pana Piotra Toczka za pomoc i ogromne poczucie humoru ( pozdrawiam też Pana Dawida vel Parownika :) ) . Do zobaczenia na naprawie układu hamulcowego!
