I had an issue with my phone, i couldn’t active it then i went to this place. They didn’t help me at all. The woman there doesn’t even try to understand what my problem is. She told me to replace my phone with a new one.

The most dishonest place ive ever come across, its ridiculous that this place is an “Authorized apple reseller”. I came in with my ipad which was not turning on after plugging it in the charger, after diagnostics a guy by the name of Marcin wrote to me on email that my ipad is completely broken and has to be replaced without warrany and i have to pay 2600zl. I disagreed with his assessment because it was ridiculous the ipad was brand new with no issues not even one scratch. I took it to a different apple reseller and they just plugged it in their charger and waited for 5 minutes then my ipad turned on. Turned out the problem was only from my charger and not the ipad. But this place tried to rob me with 2600zl, ridiculous you should be ashamed. I have all the proofs on my email aswell.

Being one of the international brand, it's very sad to see no one in the store is able to speak English and had tough time today. The worst part is they took the phone for service and asked to wait for 3 days, within an hour I received a email that phone is ready for collection. If the people could have asked or given clear instructions I could have waited in store for this one hour and saved my commutation charges. Very disappointing services from Cortland and Apple. With these taxi fares between the salon and home, could have bought another accessory. It's my first experience with Apple!

Incredible and incredibly fast service! I’m traveling through Warsaw and my Macbook lost all sound so I found Cortland and came by for a visit. Even though they were busy, they were able to expedite my diagnostic and fixed the issue. But... it turns out there was ANOTHER issue in my Mac that caused the first one. And that thing was a PAIN to solve. One of the staff members, Cezary, dedicated himself for almost an hour to figure out how to fix it, trying all kinds of different solutions, until we found one that worked. He generously waived any fee and wished me luck on my trip. Cannot day enough about his help and level of service as well as his generosity and patience. I really appreciate that and I’m grateful for his work. Thank you again!! :)
