Very fast service. My old bike is usable again! I really don't understand where the negative comments about the staff come from. Guys are obviously busy in the middle of the biking season, but all were very polite.
Super service and super fast. Every time I was able to pick up the bike quickly, even on the same day, and in great condition. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I recommend them.
Disaster! The service is unfriendly and unprofessional. First, they asked me to come over and wait 1 hour for my wheel to be repaired. When I arrived on spot, I was asked to leave the bike till next day without even looking at it when I saw the staff was idle. They promised to repair by next afternoon, but when I arrived the next day, it was still not repaired...No phone call to predict, nothing... disaster...
What an amazing service! I purchased a BBF E-Bike and I got a great service deal package, a lot of accessories (lock, helmet, lights, stand and etc.) and a wonderful maintenance package all for the price of the bike
