Very poor service. Electronic queue is not working properly. If you book visit on time, be prepared to wait at least 2 additional hours. Total mess and zero processes. Stuff is very rude. What can I add. Feels like “Welcome to Ukraine”

I never make comments, but will write a review It's an awful place, they seems to think that visitors are not human or something.. 1. They have hotline, but never pick up a phone. 2. it's just impossible to book a visit, don't even try. 3. Consul is rude, and could scream out at visitors and at local staff. 4. The way they treat people is just unacceptable. 5. I hope that i will never have to visit this place again.

Fast, friendly and efficient. Not sure if it's the same for all nationalities, but I have no complaints and only positive impressions.

Verry professional agents, I went for a visa and the staff was helpful (I was impress by the multitasking compétences) and I was able to get my visa in one day (keep in mind that the express process double the fees). Also if you apply for visa, you may want to know that the fees depend on your home country. You can find the information on the ukranian embassy website. (Search Visa fees (according to reciprocity principle and bilateral treaties))

We had online reservation, so it took us short time to do all we needed. Thanks

Took an appointment on the website. Arrived at 8:50am. Already a waiting line. at 9:00am just present yourself to the front and show an employee the appointment receipt to skip the line. Process was quite quick for Visa D. Some waiting inside. The consular employee took my application, and told me to pay to Bank Pekao (on Aleja street) via cash (dollars or zlotys) - and come back with the receipt. I go to the bank - then return (the guy will let you skip again) - give the consular employee the bank receipt and passport. He will tell you to come back the same day 2pm (it can vary). Come back at 2pm and you’ll have to wait a little, but then you get your visa. Total time spent: 1h30 (most of the time walking/waiting) 30 mins in the afternoon

We booked an appointment for 9am and arrived before. We were told just to queue instead and 2 and a half hours later we finally got inside. Then we had to walk 20 minutes to a far away bank to pay the fee and return 3 hours later. When we came they weren't ready for us and we had to wait an additional 30 minutes. We did get what we wanted, but the process was chaotic and had zero organisation especially considering the high cost.
