10/10, Upon buying insoles, one of the employee recommended me another one that was actually cheaper and more accurately what I needed.
The store was organized and well stocked but the customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen. I was looking to buy a pair of shoes on sale, and was trying them on, one of the sales ladies started pulling the boxes of shoes off the shelf right in front of me. She stacked them on her trolley and when I attempted to tell her I would like to buy a pair in size 8 and can I have the box of shoes off the trolley, she said no in a very rude manner and took the trolley in the back.
Awesome experience of shopping. Highly recommend this shop and staff here especially Angelika.
