Obviously, rental car can't drive to Russia, they not only didn't told you that but also overcharge a cross-border fee on purpose!!!!! We ask other rental car company they all know that rental car can't cross the Russia border!! And Thousand email are sent no respond at all!!!!!
They are stealers(złodzie), 3 weeks after rent a car and they didn't give me back my deposit which was 1000zl, when i called them the only thing they say is i must write email to them and wait.

Nie polecam na zwrot kaucji czekam ponad miesiąc plus jak oddawałem auto to musiałem czekać 40 min az ktos zjawi się bo nikogo w biurze nie ma tragedia ogólnie odradzam
