I strongly DON'T RECOMMEND this rental car! Be careful, you can waste of your time and disappointed in the place where the office should be... In August we came to Gdansk by train, to pick up the car and drive next 100 km for a weeding. We came in Jana Heweliusza 15 and we couldn't find the office so we had to call to them. Some lady from \the office\ said that she can't see any booking number for this hour and added that anyway they don't have any car at the moment. After planty of our questions how it's possible, she finally found the cancellation of the reservation and lied us that she sent it to us before. However, we didn't get any information... After that she said \sorry but I'm busy and have to finish our call\ and even she knew we aren't from Gdansk she didn't help us to find another rental car! We stayed with all the luggages on the middle of the pavement without a car in the city which we don't know and with huge pressure to be late for friends' wedding. Many thanks Expres-Auto it was incredible experience and I don't wish anyone any contact with you We're travelling a lot around the world, we've rented a car planty of times and it was our first situation when someone treated us like that. Seriously, don't rent a car from them if you want avoid disappointment, stress, time and money!
Couldnt find the compamy on the adress what is in Google maps. Waste of time.
First time user here and I have to say we'll be coming back. For a small fee we've had the car delivered outside of Gdansk and everything was bang on time, collection was arranged in a different place with no problems (last minute change of plans) and even with a complementary lift to a nearby location. Prices are very reasonable and if you have any issues or concerns the owner is just a phone call away and goes out of her way to help. Highly recommended!
This is by far THE BEST auto rental service in the Tricity (Trójmiasto) region. Beata and her associates are super professional yet friendly, always on time, and exceed any expectations. The fleet is new and very well maintained. And did I mention pricing? Simply put: affordable. In my case, it has been a couple of years since I rented my first car here. And let me tell you, I found the winner and I stick to it.
Extremely impolite on the phone. I'm very curious about what Tom Jagiello wrote because when I asked about the option to return the car in a different location I was told I should have read the information on the website carefully and that they don't work outside of Gdansk. The lady I talked to seemed very upset to have to answer my questions. I've never experienced worse customer service and judging by how they talk to their customers I would advise anyone to stay away from this company.
You won't find the company at this address, so don't bother coming here. We called them, but they don't speak english, which is weird for a business aimed at tourists. They didn't even try to help us, all we got from them was a o english\ answer.
Very professional and kind staff. No problems with the car. I highly recommend!
