Decided to order pizza based on their estimated time of delivery being 55mins; after 1.5h of waiting called the restaurant, asked for the status and got the answer “sorry, there is a bit of delay, it will be delivered in about 25 mins, I cannot do anything about it”. Quite frustrating to hear “a bit of delay” when taking about an hour of delay for food delivery and no heads up about the delay whatsoever.
