No matter whether it was buisness trip or wedding - for me it was fantastic, romantic and silent place with good rooms and service. Thank you! Wish you even more best improvements and visitors!

Very nice hotel. Especially for weddings and other events.
Hotel grounds are beautiful - it's such a shame their management team is disorganised, rude and incapable. During our wedding, food and alcohol went missing (served to another party the next day), staff unfortunately mixed up several hotel rooms for our guests, and management attempted to charge us incorrectly for several items relating to the wedding/rooms/drinks. All of this with incredibly confusing and poor communication from the hotel management team. Followed by no apology, and an attitude that suggested \take it or leave it\. Again, the setting is beautiful, and the hotel is of a reasonable standard (facilities and interior), but the experience was deeply undermined by poor staff coordination and several management failures. All of the above issues had been raised with their team during the wedding, and after. There's been no apology or willingness to resolve from the business.
