I will be frank here from the start – I was acquainted with Krzysztof through a common friend who gave him the highest praise for the professionalism for his treatment of an injured knee many years back. So I heard a lot about Krzysztof in the past, but it wasn't until July this year I visited Blueball to try and see if they would say about my peculiar issue. For a bit of background, I have been struggling to find a doctor or physiotherapist in NYC who would look at the issue holistically and not just cash in the hefty insurance check. Specifically, I broke an ankle in 2015 which seemed to have changed my posture, starting a domino-effect of my issues with my knee, back, hip and arm. It's a complex problem involving the whole body, but to my annoyance, after having lived in the US for a few years now and trying about 10 different doctors, physiotherapists and chiropractors, I ended up disillusioned, as they all only really cared about their specific area of specialty and never really fixed anything. It was then amazingly refreshing to be received by Krzysztof at the Blueball Center, who first and foremost performed complete video analysis of my mobility – something that no other specialist before ever did. He then pinpointed all of the issues and issued a 25-exercise regimen, explaining in detail the important bits. After 10 weeks these have already helped more than any previous attempt did, despite the fact I only had visited Krzysztof once and continued working out by myself since then. I can only wonder about the level of improvement I would get to see if I had a chance to work with him weekly.

I develpoped tendonitis on my hiking vacation and had to limp around on crutches. Then as a visitor to Katowice, I got an appointment with Krzyzrof Olec and one with Magda Nicolaiczak. I found them both to be very professional, pleasant and friendly. My foot is now better and I walk without crutches. I highly recommend this clinic!

Długo się oczekuje na wizytę, ale warto poczekać. Już w recepcji wita nas uśmiechnięta pani Agnieszka (jeśli dobrze pamietam). Konsultował nas p.Krzysztof. Cierpliwie pytał, sprawdzał A na koniec zaproponował leczenie. Dostałem na pocztę dostęp do ćwiczeń. Później po 3 tygodniach konsultacja u p.Dominiki. Ceny standardowe, ani tanio, ani drogo Serdecznie polecam

Dzięki konsultacji z Krzyśkiem nie dość że nie mam urazów kolan przy półmaratonie to jeszcze udało mi sie poprawić czas o 10 min w odniesieniu do poprzedniego roku, dodam że wtedy intensywniej ćwiczyłem niż w tym roku przygotowując się do półmaratonu Silesia ( od II połowy roku średnio po 4 godz/natomiast w 2019 min 6 godz tyg). Jestem bardzo zadowolony, polecam bez zbędnej dyskusji. Plan na Silesia Marathon 2021 już ustalony teraz tylko te cholerne ćwiczenia :-)

Parę miesięcy temu miałem spory problemem z kolanem. Rezonans wykazał częściowe pęknięcie chrząstki stawowej rzepki i lekarz ortopeda rozważał zabieg chirurgiczny. Skierował mnie jednak do BlueBall na rehabilitację licząc, że być może uda się uniknąć stołu. Pan Krzysztof w sposób cierpliwy i profesjonalny zabrał się za naprawę kolana. Po kilku tygodniach terapia mięśniowo-powięziowa i ćwiczenia stabilizacyjne dały efekt, ból minął i wszystko wróciło do normy. Na wizycie kontrolnej ortopeda powykręcał na wszystkie strony stawem kolanowym i powiedział, że o zabiegu możemy zapomnieć. Nie zapomnę jednak dobrej roboty Pana Krzysztofa, bo dzięki tym zabiegom mogę powoli myśleć o grze w tenisa ziemnego czy o nartach. Pozdrowienia dla całego zespołu BlueBall, Ryszard.

Przez dwa miesiące byłam rehabilitowana przez Pana Krzysztofa i Pana Piotra. Obaj są wspaniałymi rehabilitantami i ludźmi. Efekt Ich trudu nie był 100%, ale ja wiem, że mój organizm jest bardzo oporny. Dużo Im zawdzięczam i każdemu będę polecać. Pani Agnieszka jest rewelacyjna, pełna ciepła i profesjonalna. BARDZO DZIĘKUJĘ za opiekę, miłą atmosferę i profesjonalizm.
