Bad warranty service .. i bought a power bank and it’s not working, so i reverted to the store to give it back or replace it by another power bank and pay the difference in cash, because i’m a student and my mobile battery on the service level and dies on me any time, so i needed the power bank in urgent basis .. i told them this scenario and let them see the battery level of my phone and they couldn’t help me to replace the power bank asap and they told me we will call you in two weeks to get your battery serviced. Also i can’t speak polish so when my phone dies i got lost in the roads searching for my home and cannot use google translate to communicate with people around me to get directions and what so ever. Very bad after sale support.

Chciałem przejść do plusha, na stronie jak byk pisze idż do salonu plusa i wypełnij dokumenty, proste? No nie, bo panie twierdzą, że plushem się nie zajmują. O co chodzi? Jako że na stronie nie ma opcji przeniesienia numeru online na \plush na kartę\ tylko abo (nie chcę abonamentu), to wygląda że wg obsługi salonu nie da się przenieść numeru.

Bardzo rzetelna i miła obsługa. Podpisałem umowę i przeniosłem numer od innego operatora. Panie w salonie zaoferowały pomoc i skopiowały mi wszystkie dane ze starego telefonu oraz szczegółowo wyjaśniły wszystkie niezrozumiałe dla mnie kwestie związane z naliczaniem kosztów za usługi. Opuściłem salon bardzo usatysfakcjonowany. Polecam

Z obsługi w salonie byłem bardzo zadowolony. Jednak uważam za niestosowne pobieranie opłaty 12,50zł za przeniesienie numeru. Dosyć że klient chce dawać zarobić to jeszcze musi zapłacić za samo przeniesienie numeru
