I asked about the 20% Student discount and gave the guy my student ID. But he still charged me the full price! After I payed I noticed it and I wasnt offered any good solition to this problem. The Kebab itself was fine!

If you are really in hurry, go ahead and order, but if you look for good quality food, this is definitely not your spot. Guys there do their best, but you can spot big lack of skills. As I said if in hurry go ahead.
Extremely bad service by a sleeping looking guy who was also rude asked me to pay 21 PLN for 2 Falafel and once paid asked me pay extra .30 grosze which is fine -it was for the ploy-bag but he didn’t tell me when i ordered a takeaway! since I didn’t have the coins he told he will not give me the food in the bag and I have to carry it! Later a nice girl came who pointed out to him that he made made mistake by not charging me correctly so she asked me to pay another 4 PLN which is of course fine for and thereofe I paid it. Guess what - the guy made the falafel for me in the worsed possible way - packed it very badly when I refused to take it - the nice lady intervened- repacked the falafel for me and I thanked to her for this. I suggest the Berlin Doner to look into it and make sure other people wouldnt suffer this kind of extremely, extensively unprofessional behavior.
For vegetarians- Although the falafel is nice but the rarely they have it which is very strange. This is the 5 time I have asked for Falafel and they said they don’t have it. Extremely bad management I suppose.

Chciałbym podziękować Pani Klaudii za najlepszego kebaba jakiego jadłem w swoim życiu :) Będę zaglądał częściej do waszej restauracji. Pyszne jedzenie i przemiła Pani Klaudia , która zasługuje na podwyżkę przez swój profesjonalizm i podejście do klienta. Zaoferowała mi Fryt Rollo, o czym nawet nie wiedziałem, że coś takiego istnieje! Pycha, szczególnie opcja z wołowiną, sosami łagodnym, special i sierracha!
