Stay away! Just thieves. Rented a car for 3 days. I traveled with 2 experienced drivers. Returned the car earlier than necessary. There were no problems. They took almost 500 off the card when I returned to my country. We tried to write email and call. No one answers - just useless. Do not know what to say... True motherF***rs.

I chose Avis because I thought it would be a guarantee for professionality and no unpleasant surprises. I could not have been more wrong... When returning the car, I was promised it would be checked and that I would be informed per Mail the same afternoon. But, more than one month later I got a letter by another company claiming a damage amounting to more than the original rental price. I only got a polish damage report, no real translation nor conclusive explanation for their actions. The next time, I am definitely going to choose another car rental!

Never use this service! Car rental for 3 days was 700. The company stole additional 500 from my bank account for some \damage\ when I left the country though we returned the car in a perfect condition. They don't pick up the phone or answer any letters.

Don’t forget to check gas/petrol tank once you receive keys with a company representative. I did not do that (employee just showed me a car and left) which resulted in paying extra to get a full tank, when returning a car - so is written in a rental contract. Shame on your employees in Poland.

The worst experience I 've ever had . They charge for damages never happened and for traffic tickets the invent one month later from the Rental. Never explained in English. They send mails in Polish. If you contact your local Avis dealer they just say \Contact with Poland\ The Polish simply....don't answer . Be careful. Totaly dissapointed

استأجرت بنظام تأمين شامل وعند إعادة السيارة قالو يوجد رائحة سجائر في السيارة ستتحمل تكلفة غسلها بقيمة 250 زلوتي وإلا سنخصم منك مبلغ الوديعة الإضافية 400 زلوتي فقمت بدفع المبلغ وإلى الآن لم يعيدو لي مبلغ الوديعة الإضافية 400 زلوتي أرسلت عدد من الإيميلات ولا يوجد نتيجة
