Well, there is opinion that first car of the particular brand is sold by salesmen, second and next are sold by quality of service. Reading some opinions here, I've feeling that we are taking about different organization. My personal experience with servicing my PHEV there is superb, for few years already. I can advise to talk to Przemek G, real brand lover service advisor to make sure that you'll have smoth service experience there.

I had a great experience at Auto GT Service. My car received full maintenance checkup, and I received a great coffee. While waiting I could use free WiFi and could watch my car being srviced from above. Not to mention free cleaning of the car! I didn't feel like a customer - I was treated like a guest. Very professional, can recommend!
Cheaters, when I bought a Van (Hyundai H-1) I was told it had 5 year guarantee (and so it was in the sticker on the window). Then when I took for the check-up it turns it was only 3 year, with no explanation. Don't trust them.
Worst repair experience I've ever had. Service consultant was absolutely incompetent. Repair took a ridiculous amount of time and they could not give an honest estimate. Avoid them at all costs.
Service was very good, staff very helpful. Only complain I have is that the price was quite steep (ASX 6 years service), but in terms of service I'd recommend it any day. Edit: later noticed that they changed my license plate holder to have publicity to their company, which is unacceptable. Dropped the rating because of that.
