Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company. I ordered 200 business cards and probably only 20 of them can be used. The rest looks really unprofessional and I can't present myself by this kind of cards. 1. Cutting problems. I have a simple frame in my cards and there are 1-2mm cutting \issues\, so it has different sizes at each side. And yeah, they mention about that \tolerance\ in their Terms and conditions. Tell me the truth. Do you read those 10 pages rules at every web-site? There is NO any information about that in their videos or their tutorials, so be careful. 2. Foiling troubles. Be ready that it will be placed anywhere else, but not at the place where you wanted it to be. In my case it was a logo in the center. Look at the image attached. At each card it's located in different spot. 3. My reclamation was not accepted. Instead of reprinting the same cards with a proper quality, as I asked, they offer me a discount for my next order. Really? I don't know anybody who will return to a shop, where he was not satisfied. And some positive things: 1. What is really good about them is that they sent a free package of their samples. 2. I'm from CZ and got their promotional info in Czech. Didn't know that they are located in Poland. Very happy that support replies in very good English. And I don't need to use google translator to communicate with them. 3. The web-site is nice and easy to use. 4. The material of the cards is very pleasant to touch and all the colors look great. But since the printed cards can't be used, I wasted my money and need to order the cards somewhere else, I'll never use this service again.

Bardzo profesjonalna drukarnia z bardzo dużą ofertą która działa wręcz ekspresowo. Jeśli chodzi o support to wiele firm powinno uczyć się od Chroma jak obsługiwać klientów. Pani Mirela Nowosad z którą miałem przyjemność rozmawiać udzieliła mi informacji i pomogła z problemem od razu w bardzo przyjemnej atmosferze. Polecam współpracę z tą firmą!
Bardzo profesjonalna drukarnia, lecz na pierwsze samodzielne zlecenie nawet zbyt profesjonalna. Szary człowieczek nie mający na ten temat pojęcia może z ogromną łatwością zepsuć swój projekt (ja np wewnętrzną stronę vouchera ustawiłam do góry nogami, mimo iż sprawdzałam to na milion sposobów zabrakło jeszcze tego jednego sprawdzenia). Niemniej jednak większość ekipy bardzo pomocna - zalecam składać pierwsze zamówienia z ich pomocą telefoniczną.
Taka historia, zamawialiśmy kartki świąteczne i koperty (300 sztuk). Do Klienta docierają koperty a kartki nie. Kurier (FedEx) przez 3 dni nie doręcza przesyłki bo... nie może wjechać pojazdem na deptak spacerowy w Gdańsku (!). Co robi szanowna drukarnia? Informuje mnie, że robi wszystko aby przesyłka dotarła a kurier i tak stwierdza, że jej nie doręczy. Reklamacja zostaje uwzględniona (dostajemy rabat na kolejne zamówienie) ale przesyłka nadal nie dotarła. Proponujemy, że sami ją odbierzemy z magazynu i przekażemy ale domagamy się zwrotu kosztów paliwa w kwocie 61 zł na konto CashBack w tejże drukarni. Drukarnia informuje, że nic nam nie zwróci. No cóż, kurier amatorka, drukarnia nie widzi problemu. Szczęśliwego Nowego Roku!
Produkty wysokiej jakosci, latwosc w zamawianiu, dobry stosunek jakosci do ceny, szybkosc w realizacji zamowienia jestem zadowolona!
