Interesting place for the weekend’s visits, nice swimming pool, lovely saunas but the showers near by should be refurbished

Great place to rest with your family. A lot of attractions for children, pools. Nice atmosphere. However, if you want to organize barbecue, better to take your own grill, or at least wood and some needed stuff.

Overall the stay at this hotel was also most perfect. We didn't experience any problems and it was all good. The dinning room was a bit small, but apart from that the food was really good. The Covid precautions were good too, with having to wear masks at all times while in the public parts of the hotel. My biggest problem with this hotel wasn't one that directly effected me, but it's one about the environment. There were a lot of single use things. All the cups at the dinning area, as well as plates at the outdoor bar. There was no spaces to fill bottles with safe water meaning you'd have to go out and buy new bottles. In addition to this, there were no segregation in public bins, meaning all paper, plastic and waste went into the same bins. It would've been nice seeing some solar panels on the massive roofs, too, though that would be harder to implement. Great place for family get-aways. Especially around polish bank holidays. Fantastic animations, friendly staff and plenty of attractions for kids, especially younger ones. Everybody here knows that kids are loud and can sometimes make some mess and nobody makes any problems about it. Pool is quite good (though water could be a little warmer). You can rent a bike and have a sightseeing tour of the area. We've been here second time and definitely it wasn't our last. One area for improvement - service in restaurant Tabakiera. Food was great, but arrived in completely random order. First food, then after 10 minutes alcoholic drinks and after another 10 minutes juice and coke.

Our biggest disappointment was the spa. The hotel/apartments are nice, but it is not a spa, it is a family resort. The free of charge sauna area is right next to the indoor swimming pool and there is no relaxing atmosphere due to the noise from the pool. Everyone was wearing their swim-suits in the sauna which is against sanitary regulations. The relaxing area next to the sauna is very small and the sunbeds there uncomfortable. The sound from the pool is so loud, that it is impossible to relax there. If you have been to a spa before, you will know what I mean. There was also a possibility to rent a private sauna for an additional cost, which is on the outside area. The area was not private and everyone can entre it. It was so run-down that we would have not even used it, if it was for free. It looked like it was never used, neither maintained and abandoned. On a positive note, the breakfast is very good and if you go before 8 am you do not have to wait for a table. The area is beautiful and excellent for hikes and biking or other outdoor activities. The apartment we stayed in was clean and big enough for a couple. However, it was directly next to the outside pool, which has, unfortunately loud pop music all day long. The outside pool area is nice and the restaurant there serves good food and drinks, but the mood is killed by the music. We took take away food and drinks and kept the balcony doors of our apartment closed. For a family with kids, who want to have fun time for their children its great, but it is not for relaxing.

This review is for the main restaurant. Parking is a bit of a nightmare as very crowded and not well thought out for a hotel. The food was amazing. Be prepared to wait but rest assured you will be happy. Quality and portion are perfect. Taste and flavours worked. Very friendly staff and great value. We would go again just for the desserts.

Quite a good food, ok appartments. But during covid they decreased capacity of welness and other things but they didnt properly decrease capacity of the hotel. So we didnt get to welness once, and there were queues to breakfast and dinners as well.
