We were staying here during conference and it was great. Nice location away from city, nice surroundings and it was for the first time when i was presenting in castle. Also catering was great, I particulary liked open air dinner at the river banks.

Attention! Palac Lochow is closed. We booked 2 rooms and got a receipt for the rooms in the palace. But at the reception we were told the palace hotel is closed. Instead we got two modern rooms in Folwark without any atmosphere. Not amused

No room service, hardly even speak English. At least the place looks nice and the food is good...
A bit of quality improvement in room furnishing needed asap. Lack of a chair and we had only 2 cloth hangers in a closet. Service poorly communicates in English, hard to get solid info on history and facilities surrounded. A beautifull park and lake scenario, yet don't browse at evening due to darkness vast. Spa and swimming pool operates in a convinient way, however lockers had no keys somehow. Could not find any offers for children, like playgrounds or toys, or horseback riding or carriage trips around. It is reserved as a special offer for an company's event or a wedding party. Overall it is a charming place holding great but unused potential.

Nice place to rest from your travels. Free sauna and hottub, but the city was not so exciting. No real places to eat out. The only option was to eat at the hotel, which was good, but i like to change places.
