It's a funny old place this... We were here for a lovely wedding of friends and arrived a few days before everyone to get a nice spa experience in before the nuptials began. We arrived at 8.45pm and were told that there was no food available. We'd flown in from the UK, had an hour's drive to the hotel and had bread and cheese until breakfast. We were told that food was served until 8pm so went down the next night at 7.30pm to find out there was no food being served and so had bread and cheese and some processed meats for a 2nd night. There's nowhere else locally to go so you're kinda stuck there when you get there. Not great for my vegetarian partner. The spa - a jacuzzi, a steam room and a sauna - is only open from 7-10pm in the evening. The staff we saw were all very young and their English wasn't fantastic, we were lucky that we had Polish friends. The rooms had no aircon so in the summer heatwave night times were pretty unpleasant and no one serviced our room in the 5 nights we were there. So be warned. It did have this lovely sunset though...

If you expect a hotel experience you will be disappointed. However if you are expecting glamping then it's a massive upgrade. Few positives to mention: good food, very reasonably priced massages, access to spa/jacuzzi /sauna, very polite staff, lovely lake in the middle of a forest. Few negatives: the staff barely speak English, limited vegetarian options (also forget about non-diary), no food available between 9.30pm and 8am (also no restaurants within a reasonable distance open past 9-10pm), internet doesn't really work except for the restaurant area, not much to do beyond lake/forest activities, no room service of any kind (no food, no daily cleaning), no toiletries in the bathroom (except soap).

Amazing place to relax and enjoy nature. I read some reviews saying that there were no options for vegetarians. That is not entirely true. There are options. Obviously not as many as for meat eaters. This is not a 5 star spa but its a really good place to relax. Their massages arrwe really good and at really affordable prices. The missing star is because wee didn't have Internet working in our bedroom even though there was a WiFi spot appearing. We had to go to the front desk or in tge restaurant to have reception.
