The attendant printed a PDF document containing important comments without the comments - did not check the box in the print dialog, did not bother to compare what he saw on computer screen and on paper. (Probably too busy.) I did the checking, found the problem, he did not apologize, printed the page again and charged me for the printing. Later that day, the government clerk discovered that 2 pages of an essential document had not been copied, someone had to rush to the nearest Xero, ask the people in the line and copy the missing pages. [Added later] - I brought my data on an SD-card, because it can be write-protected, and won't get a Trojan from the xero's computer. Both the card readers at the xero did not work. Avoid, if possible. Plan ahead, don't leave everything for the last day, and use better (more professional and polite) services, a good one is near Pole Mokotowskie. Unfortunately (for us and fortunately for the careless worker) the service is located next to Vistula University, no matter how careless or impolite he may be, there will always be lazy and forgetful students who are going to put up with low standards and keep this business alive.
